There are many great guitarists in the world, they are the elite, the masters, the ones who capture the true meaning of music and play their way into our hearts.  And into our hearts is just where Donna Austin begins.  With her magic fingertips, she captures the heart and soul or her audiences.

Donna's style is unique among today's finest guitar players allowing her to shine like a bright new star. The essence and grace of her playing reminds us of what music has always been. Jimi Hendrix once asked ..."Are You Experienced?". Well Donna is, and will keep Jimi's experience alive.  She has achieved what few players have. Her spirituality and supernova energy are a gifted quality that few possess.  She is rich in diversity and master of many styles, Donna's passion and perfection are dedicated to her life's true love....Music!

Donna moved to Florida a few years ago and decided to make it her new home. She has been playing concerts in central Florida and up and down the east coast while working on her first album project (Spirit of the Gypsy Rose) which is to be released sometime this fall. When not on the road she is either writing, in the studio or rehearsing from 8 to 10 hours a day, but never failing to keep her high profile.

Miss Donna Austin is often seen out and about at some of the local concert halls, Universal Studio's "Hard Rock Live", Disney's "House of Blues" and also TV and radio interviews.  Just recently, radio personality Mark Samanski (aka Sammy Demo) said this: "I meet a lot of guitar players but, Donna Austin is absolutely an awesome singer AND guitar player." Donna has also been seen as far away as St. Louis at the "Blue Berry Hill" sitting in with the legendary Buddy Miles.

The music of Miss Donna Austin captures the essence and purity of some of her great mentors:  Hendrix, Clapton, Wes Montgomery, Carlos Montoya and most recently Eric Johnson.  Her diverse styles are derived from any combination of these Rock, Jazz, Blues and Classical influences.
