"Music and love are like twin sisters.
Like flames of fire they both burn into the very core of our being."
- Fritz Kreisler
The LeVan Sisters are talent personified. They are accomplished vocalists and violin prodigies.
Sarah age 12, and Solene age 10 have given over 200 concerts in various venues: cultural arts and university concert series, theatres for the performing arts, festivals, television shows, jazz clubs, expos, fundraising galas, charities and conventions. They are regular guest soloists with the Cypress Pops Orchestra and also perform with various jazz ensembles. They have appeared on television as well, especially on DISNEY CHANNEL, KDOC TV, PAX TV and PBS. They were selected last year to participate to NBC's "America's Got Talent". They have performed in prestigious venues such as the Beverly Hilton International Ballroom in Los Angeles.![]() |
Sarah and Solene are multi-talented. Both sisters play the violin and sing from their heart in English and French, and sometimes in German. They entertain in a medley of classical, Broadway, jazz, salon, and folk music favorites. They most often perform together in a highly unusual act all of their own accompanied by their father, the American pianist Eric Le Van. The LeVan Sisters appeared on the front page of the ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER, May 7, 2007: "More than 5,000 people turn out in Irvine" for the concert. Photo re-published on the front page of the IRVINE WORLD NEWS, May 10, 2007: "Solene, left, and Sarah LeVan conclude their show with a splash [...] in Irvine Sunday." |

“… one of the most professionally entertaining shows ever to grace the stage of the 800-seat auditorium. The stars were the Le Van Sisters, Solene and Sarah. These two are not advanced children with promising futures, but already two consummate pros. Precocious is an understatement. [..] These sisters are prodigies.”

“Cypress Pops Draws Capacity for Concert. Sarah and Solene scored a big hit and a standing ovation from the audience at Saturday’s Pops concert. If you were in the audience, you got the taste of their extraordinary talents. Both girls are already accomplished singers and violinists. They were born in France and they are fast becoming a much sought-after act in cities around the country. […] They are already stars.”
