He has been a professional musician for 35 years as both cellist and E flat tuba player.

He was founder member of the Paul Weaver String Quartet, an ensemble which performs light music for dinners, functions, weddings, etc.. He is also an "Elvis" tribute singer, and as such performs with four girl dancers and two bodyguards, for parties, clubs and all social events.

He now deals in stringed instruments, bows and cases, specialising in violoncellos and small good quality instruments.

He is an agent for Allianz Cornhill Insurance.
