ABOUT SIF 309 FILM & MUSIC PRODUCTION
We have the pleasure to inform you the following on the activity of our company. Following an enterprise of Prof. Viktor Chouchkov, our company's main field of work is the organization of film and music productions.
Under the management of our company whose members have been working for many years in the films and music industry/production field, the Bulgarian Symphony Orchestra - SIF 309 keep undoubtedly proving their artistic value working with some of the most distinguished film music composers such as Luis Bacalov, Ennio Morricone, Pino Donaggio, Patrick Doyle, etc. Among the recent music productions Bulgarian Symphony Orchestra - SIF 309 carried out you could find: EAST-WEST (Nomination for César 2000 for Original Music Score and for both Oscar 2000 and Golden Globes 2000 for Best Foreign Language Film) and HIMALAYA (César 2000 Award for Original Music Score and nomination for Oscar 2000 for Best Foreign Language Film).
The Bulgarian Symphony Orchestra - SIF 309, composed by highly qualified and experienced musicians - the best in Bulgaria - recorded more than 150 music productions under our supervision. The main part of the films we recorded in collaboration with Mr. Marco Streccioni's Sud Ovest Records, also with Mr. Didier Lizé and Mr. Stéphane Reichart.
Some of our most significant achievements in the pop music area, arising from the long cooperation with the world famous pop singer Antonello Venditti and the conductor Renato Serio, are: the realization of the album "Antonello Nel Paese Delle Meraviglie" - 97, the shooting of some music videos of the singer and also the participation in a very impressive concert in Rome'98, attended by 8000 spectators.
We are capable of cooperation in the realization of films for the cinema and TV and also all the other types of audio-visual productions (ads, spots, music videos, short features, documentaries, animated films, etc.).
Among the visual productions we carried out stand out music videos of performers from Bulgaria and abroad, "Kostadin and his kaval" - a French-Bulgarian documentary, integrated in the "KIDS, MUSIC & DANCE" series, and the realization of a audio-visual product of both "FOSCA" and "MARIA TUDOR" operas &endash; Brazilian-Bulgarian production.
