In 1998 DRIVE came off the road after a 10 year period. In 2006 after an 8 year break, mainly writing and chilling out in his French farmhouse retreat, Pete decided to reform his popular circuit band DRIVE. The decision was taken to reform DRIVE after a great response this year to Pete's book 'Outside Looking In' and his solo CD 'Cutting The Mustard'. Both have received excellent reviews around the world.
DRIVE are based in Surrey UK, and are available for gigs in UK and Europe. Playing Rocking Boogie-Blues covers by artists such as Clapton, Freddie King, Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Stones, JJ Cale, Frankie Miller, Johnny Winter, Bob Segar, Stevie Ray Vaughan, ZZ Top etc, and also playing some tracks off Pete's solo CD 'Cutting The Mustard'.
DRIVE are a mature exciting band of 4 seasoned musicians, well travelled with a fine pedigree, who are quite simply making music, entertaining, and having a great time doing it.
