Surrey Sinfonietta is an Orchestra for the Community. Surrey Sinfonietta (incorporating Camerata of London) is a flexible ensemble and as such offers a wide variety of services throughout the area of Surrey and South London. The orchestra gives educational workshops and recitals in hospitals, homes and schools, for adults, and for children with special needs, and also performs with local choral societies. The orchestra offers a service to groups which need musicians for theatrical performances - from one player to a full symphony orchestra.

The orchestra also promotes its own orchestral concerts, with tickets at affordable prices, and with particularly generous discounts for concessionary tickets and friends of Surrey Sinfonietta. The orchestra, which would welcome further opportunities to provide a service in the locality, is able to offer a variety of educational projects and workshops or concerts for special needs groups. It also provides lecture recitals, background music for banquets, business and social functions, and accompaniment for shows and theatrical performances.
