As Choreographer
Sara Cremer is trained in BALLET, JAZZ, TAP AND HISTORICAL dance, all of which play a part in her very active career as a choreographer, dancer and teacher.
Sarah, who is a very experienced and highly gifted choreographer, works principally in opera, musical theatre and drama. She has worked with many companies not only as a choreographer but also as a director. Her most recent work includes choreographing Bizet's Carmen in Belfast, and the Royal Shakespeare company production of Much Ado About Nothing.
As a specialist in historical dance Sarah has had a long and fruitful relationship with the English Bach Festival in productions including works by Handel, Purcell, Mozart, Rossini and Rameau.
Sarah is a director of MZT, a company which creates performance, education and community programmes of dance, music and text based on contemporary-historical themes.
As Teacher
Sarah is Head of Dance at Kensington and Chelsea College, she also teaches privately and at a number of London's most prestigious dance, drama and music colleges. Her students range is from GCSE and A level, young people training for a professional career, actors, and singers.
