An experienced and versatile conductor, Robin White has received critical acclaim for his interpretations of mainstream classics such as Sibelius Symphony No. 2, Shostakovich Symphony No. 5 and Stravinsky’s Firebird
He has collaborated successfully with renowned soloists such as John Lill, Jean-Jacques Kantorow, Alexander Baillie and Emma Johnson. He has also directed popular-classics concerts at National Trust and similar venues across the South of England and the Midlands.
He has worked extensively with choirs, and took over at short notice a performance of Elgar’s Dream of Gerontius, hailed as a triumph.
